Utilizing our company's independently invented and domestically pioneering patented technology (a roller numerical control press-fitting device, ZL201310737964.X), digital programming and multi-stroke press-fitting are achieved. This means that the roller with the axle inserted is placed on the support, and the bearings and seals can be pressed in sequentially without secondary handling or separate press-fitting.

Machine Components: Machine bed, transmission assembly, control box, touch screen control station, left and right cabinets, press-fitting tools, press-fitting rod, 8-roller support, top rod, foot switch.

Technical Features

1.1 PLC programming technology and servo system execution are employed, making it a new type of roller press-fitting equipment with pure electric control and execution.

1.2 The press-fitting stroke is numerically controlled, set via the touch screen. The actuator consists of a servo system and a ball screw, making the equipment easy to operate with a positioning accuracy of ±0.05; it also features pressure protection, preventing the damage to bearing seats that can occur with improper operation of existing hydraulic roller press-fitting machines.

1.3 The simple structure overcomes the disadvantages of similar equipment using hydraulic systems, such as large positioning errors, time-consuming adjustments, high failure rate, high energy consumption, and complex maintenance.

1.4 Utilizing our company's independently invented and domestically pioneering patented technology. Without changing workstations, bearings and seals can be pressed in sequentially, eliminating secondary handling, saving labor costs, and improving labor efficiency.

1.5 Pure electric control and execution design saves 2/3 of the electricity compared to existing common hydraulic roller press-fitting machines.

1.6 Due to the use of PLC programming control, patented technology, and a new press-fitting process, the capacity and labor efficiency of this equipment are doubled compared to existing roller press-fitting machines.
