The model specifications of the upper idler are complete

Time:2025-12-12

Bandwidth-dependent models

Conveyor belts of different bandwidths need to be matched with corresponding sizes of upper idlers, and the common bandwidths are 500mm, 650mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1400mm, etc. For example, the corresponding groove roller group with a bandwidth of 500mm is DTII.GP1101, and the corresponding drawing number with a bandwidth of 1400mm is DTII.GP4406. These models with different bandwidths can meet the needs of a variety of material handling volumes, with narrower bandwidths suitable for small conveying volumes or space-constrained scenarios, while wider bandwidths can be used for large-scale, high-volume material handling.

Roller diameter related models

Roller diameter is also an important parameter for model differentiation, such as roller diameter is 89mm, 108mm, 133mm, 159mm, 219mm, 340mm, 530mm, etc. Taking the bandwidth of 500mm as an example, the diameter of the roller is 89mm (Figure No. DTII.GP1101); When the bandwidth is 1400 mm, the roller diameter reaches 530 mm (Figure No. DTII.GP4406). The size of the roller diameter will affect the carrying capacity and operational stability of the conveyor, with larger diameter rollers typically able to withstand larger loads and suitable for heavy-duty conveying scenarios, while smaller diameter rollers are more flexible and suitable for occasions with space and weight requirements.

If you can provide more specific conveying requirements, such as the nature of the conveyed material, the conveying volume, the conveying environment, etc., I can further determine the suitable upper idler model for you.
